香肠肉碎意面 Fried Spaghetti with sausage and minced meat

香肠肉碎意面

{材料}香肠2条(切片), 番茄半颗(洗净,过热水去皮,切丁),意大利面条,鸡肉碎(用米酒腌5分钟), 萝卜碎,蒜碎。

{调味料}橄榄油3汤匙,盐 ½ 茶匙,番茄酱1汤匙,糖和牛至粉适量。

{做法}

1. 水加少许盐与橄榄油煮开后, 放入面条煮大约九分钟, 捞起过冷水备用。

2. 热3大匙橄榄油锅, 放入蒜碎炒香, 加入蕃茄丁, 鸡肉碎, 香肠片和萝卜丝拌炒一翻。

3. 然后, 加入面条与调味料翻炒一会儿即可上碟。

Fried Spaghetti with sausage and minced meat

{Ingredients} Sausage x 2 (slices), diced tomatoes, spaghetti, ground chicken (marinate with rice wine for 5 min), shredded carrot, chopped garlic.

{Seasonings} Olive oil x 3 tbsp, salt x ½ tsp, tomato sauce x 1 tbsp, some sugar and oregano.

{Method}

1. Bring some water with salt and olive oil to a boil; add spaghetti to boiling water to cook for 9 mins, stirring occasionally. Remove and drain with cold water.

2. Heat up pan with 3 tbsp of olive oil to saute chopped garlic till fragrant, add in diced tomatoes, ground chicken, sausage slices and shredded carrot to cook for a while.

3. Then, add in spaghetti and seasonings continue to stirring for well mixed.
