肉卷三鲜
{材料} 猪肉片,芦笋(切段状),鸿喜菇(条状),红萝卜(切条状)
{调味料} 酱油3大匙, 水 1 1/2 大匙, 胡椒粉和糖适量。
{做法}
1. 用肉片把其它三种材料卷起来备用。
2. 起油锅,把肉卷三鲜排入热锅中用中火慢煎至双面变色后,调入调味料。
3. 然后,盖好焖煮至水份收干即可。
Meat Rolls with Tri Veggies
{Ingredients} Pork Slices, asparagus (sectioned), Hypsizigus marmoreus (strips), carrot (strips)
{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 3 tbsp, water x 1 /12 tbsp, some pepper and sugar.
{Method}
1. Wrap the tri veggies with pork slices.
2. Heat up some oil in frying pan, add in the rolls to fry under medium heat till both sides change color only season in the seasonings.
3. Then, cover up and simmer till thicken and serve hot.
