彩色四季豆 Colorful French Bean

彩色四季豆
四季豆又叫菜豆、架豆、芸豆、刀豆、扁豆、玉豆、去豆等, 是餐桌上的常见蔬菜之一. 无论单独清炒, 还是和其它材料或是肉类拌炒, 亦或是焯熟凉拌, 都很符合男女人们的口味.

彩色四季豆

{材料} 四季豆x 100g, 鸡蛋x 3 粒, 萝卜x 半条(去皮,切成丁状)

{调味料} 盐, 番茄酱, 香油, 胡椒粉与鸡粉适量.

{做法}

1. 四季豆洗净, 去头尾两角, 切成丁状. 然后, 放在大碗中; 加入萝卜丁与打入鸡蛋, 加少许盐与胡椒粉搅拌均匀.

2. 锅内烧热油, 将裹有蛋糊的四季豆与萝卜丁倒入热油里快炒; 快要熟时加入番茄酱, 盐与鸡粉炒匀即可.

Colorful French Bean

{Ingredients} French bean x 100g, egg x 3, carrot x half (skinless and cut into small cubes)

{Seasonings} Salt, tomato sauce, sesame oil, pepper and chicken powder in proper amount.

{Method}

1. Clean up French bean, cut off the parts from both ends of the bean and make it into cubes. Then, put in a bowl; add in carrot’s cubes and beat eggs in bowl, seasoned in little salt and pepper and stir well.

2. Heat up oil, pour in egg mixture that with French bean and carrot cubes to stir –fry until almost cook; Add in some tomato sauce, salt and chicken powder; stirring and tossing to mix well. Transfer to serving plate.
