素沙茶酱炒秋葵
{材料} 秋葵(俗称羊角豆)x 200公克, 蒜头瓣x 2(切碎), 红辣椒x 1 条(切丝)
{调味料} 素沙茶酱1 大匙, 盐1/4小匙, 糖1/4小匙
{做法}
1. 秋葵洗净切成小段.
2. 锅里下油爆香蒜末后加入秋葵与辣椒丝略炒一下, 再加入沙茶酱, 盐与糖拌炒均匀. 然后稍微加一点水焖煮熟即可.
Fried Okra with Vegetarian Barbeque Sauce
{Ingredients} Okra x 200g (sectioned), garlic cloves x 2(chopped), red chili x 1(shredded)
{Seasonings} Vegetarian barbeque sauce x 1 tbsp, salt x ¼ tsp, sugar x ¼ tsp
{Method}
1. Wash okra and cut into small section. Put aside.
2. Heat up oil to sauté the chopped garlic, then add in okra and red chili to stir fry a while, follow by add in vegetarian barbeque sauce, salt and sugar to mix it well. Add a little water to stew till cooked. Transfer to serving plate.
