香肠番茄意大利面 Sausage Tomato Spaghetti 
偶尔来些西餐点缀一下平凡的生活气息. 意大利面, 又称之为意粉是众多西餐里头我的最爱之一, 理由当然离不开容易料理啦! 嘻嘻, 懒于烹饪层次较高的, 或许我太有自知之明了!!

香肠番茄意大利面

{材料} 意大利面, 洋葱碎, 香肠片, 胡萝卜丝适量.

{调味料} 番茄酱, 糖, 盐, 胡椒粉和水适量, 干紫苏叶碎与黑胡椒粉少许(装饰提味, 不放也可以.)

{做法}

1. 水加少许盐煮开后, 放入面条煮大约九分钟, 捞起过冷水备用.

2. 热油锅, 放入洋葱碎与香肠片炒香后才加入胡萝卜丝拌炒均匀.

3. 调入番茄酱, 糖, 盐, 胡椒粉和水适量, 翻炒一会儿.

4. 然后, 加入面条继续翻炒使酱汁均匀拌在面上.

5. 最后, 撒上紫苏叶粉与黑胡椒粉少许即可.

Sausage Tomato Spaghetti

{Ingredients} Spaghetti, chopped onion, sausage slices, carrot shreds.

{Seasonings} Tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and some water, a little of dried basil leaves and black pepper (To enhance the flavor, letting go is fine.)

{Method}

1. Bring some water with salt to a boil, add spaghetti to boiling water to cook for 9 mins, stirring occasionally. Remove and drain with cold water.

2. Heat up pan, saute chopped onion and sausage slices until fragrant, and add in shredded carrots to mix well.

3. Season with tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and some water, stirring for a while.

4. Then, add in spaghetti and continue to stir-fry until the mixtures is coated on spaghetti.

5. Lastly, sprinkle with dried basil leaves and black pepper, serve hot.
