酱油香炒杏鲍菇丝 Soy Sauce Stir-fry Shredded King Oyster Mushroom

出门后回来,当然又是素素的简单快手菜解决一天的午晚餐咯。快乐和享受不需要很奢侈,完全可以来自如此微小的事物!

酱油香炒杏鲍菇丝

{材料} 杏鲍菇一盒(洗净,切丝), 蒜碎,姜碎和青葱丁适量。

{调味料} 酱油2大匙,糖和胡椒粉少许, 栗粉水1大匙。

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香蒜姜碎后, 调入酱油再加入杏鲍菇丝炒至出水。

2. 调入糖和胡椒粉大火炒至水开始收干时, 用栗粉水勾芡。

3. 最后洒上青葱丁翻炒均匀即可。

Soy Sauce Stir-fry Shredded King Oyster Mushroom

{Ingredients} King oyster mushroom x 1 pack (wash and shredded), chopped garlic, ginger and diced green onions.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 2 tbsp, some sugar and pepper, corn flour solution x 1 tbsp.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil in frying pan to sauté chopped garlic and ginger till fragrant, season in soy sauce and folly by add in king oyster mushroom.

2. Then, add in some sugar and pepper to stir-fry under high heat until water start getting less, thicken it with corn flour solution.

3. Lastly, sprinkle up some green onions and serve hot.
