糖醋小鸡腿 Sweet and Sour Little Drumstick

冰箱就只剩下它们啦,还有几粒鸡蛋,短暂出游回来就是会有点跟不上节奏!

糖醋小鸡腿

{材料} 小鸡腿 10个, 马铃薯丁(泡盐水, 蒸熟备用)

{调味料} 酱油3汤匙, 糖2汤匙, 白米醋1汤匙, 绍兴酒1茶匙, 调成综合酱汁备用。

{做法}

1. 把小鸡腿放进不粘锅里,不用加油, 加入调味料。

2. 用中火煮,因为有糖间中要不断搅拌哦, 煮到酱汁收干即可。

3. 把煮好的小鸡腿放在铺满熟的马铃薯丁上,开吃啦。

Sweet and Sour Little Drumstick

{Ingredients} Little drumstick x 10, diced potatoes (soaked salted water, steamed)

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 3 tbsp, sugar x 2 tbsp, white rice vinegar x 1 tbsp, Shaoxing wine x 1 tsp, mixed well

{Method}

1. Put all little drumsticks to non-stick pot, no oil needed, season in the seasonings.

2. Cook under medium heat and need to continue stirring in between till the gravy is thickened.

3. Lastly, arrange the cooked drumsticks on the serving plate that full with steamed potatoes.
