莲藕花生汤 Lotus Root Peanut Soup

莲藕花生汤
莲藕花生汤 

{材料} 排骨300克, 红枣15克 (洗净), 花生15克 (洗净泡在水里), 莲藕1条 (洗净,切片), 干鱿鱼10克, 姜2片.

{调味料} 米酒一大匙, 盐适量.

{做法}

1. 排骨洗净后以滚水川烫三分钟, 捞起滴干.

2. 取一深锅, 加入适量的水煮滚后, 放入排骨与其他材料, 还有加入米酒, 以大火煮滚后, 转小火煲一个半小时, 如果水少太多, 可以适时加一些.

3. 最后, 以适量的盐调味即可.

Lotus Root Peanut Soup

{Ingredients} Pork ribs x 300g, read dates x 15g (washed), peanuts x 15g (washed and soaked in water), lotus root x 1 (washed and sliced), dry cuttlefish x 10g, ginger slices x 2.

{Seasonings} Rice wine x 1 tbsp, some salt.

{Method}

1. Blanch the pork ribs with boiling water for 3 mins, drain well and set aside.

2. Use a deep pot, fill with enough water and bring it to boil, add in pork ribs and other ingredients as well as rice wine, boil its under high heat and then turn to low heat to cook for 1 and half hour, add in water accordingly if water is reduce too much.

3. Lastly, season with some salt and served.
