番薯糖水 Sweet Potato Dessert |
{材料} 番薯x 4 粒, 生姜(切成三片), 香草x 2片.
{调味料} 冰糖适量
{做法}
1. 番薯去皮, 洗净切成块状后浸入清水中10分钟后沥干备用.
2. 锅内加入适量清水, 放入姜片与香草煮滚后; 加入番薯块用大火煮到滚, 加入冰糖后转成小火.
3. 用慢火煮到番薯块变软即可.

{Ingredients} Sweet potato x 4, ginger (3 slices), pandan leaf x 2
{Seasonings} rock sugar (depends on your taste)
{Method}
1. Quickly peel off sweet potato’s skin and cut into diced as it turns black easily. Then, soak in clean water for 10 min. Remove, drains dry and set aside.
2. In a pot, add in water in proper amount, ginger slices and pandan leaf; then bring water to boil. Add in diced sweet potatoes and use high heat bring to boil again, add in rock sugar and turn it to low heat.
3. Stew under slow heat until sweet potatoes turn soft. Serve hot.
