葱油蒸秋葵 (羊角豆)
{材料} 秋葵适量(洗净, 对半切开), 小红葱2粒(切碎), 蒜碎少许
{调味料} 酱油3汤匙, 红糖 ½ 汤匙, 水3汤匙
{做法}
1. 秋葵放入蒸锅中以大火蒸8-10分钟, 取出备用。
2. 油锅中加入红葱碎以慢火炸至金黄色, 取出待用。
3. 锅内留少许油爆香蒜碎后, 调入调味料煮沸后淋上蒸好的秋葵, 再撒上红葱酥即可。
Steamed Ladies Fingers (Okra)
{Ingredients} Some ladies fingers (wash and cut into half), shallots x 2 (chopped), some chopped garlic
{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 3 tbsp, pure cane sugar/ brown sugar x ½ tbsp., water x 3 tbsp
{Method}
1. Place ladies fingers in steamer to steam under medium heat for 8-10 mins, remove from steamer and set aside.
2. Heat up oil to stir-fry chopped shallots under low heat till golden brown, remove and set aside.
3. Leave some oil in pan to stir-fry chopped garlic till fragrant, seasons in seasonings and bring to boil, pour sauce over the steamed ladies fingers and garnish with fried shallots.

ReplyDelete呵呵, 我也一直叫它羊角豆...其实我是从买回来的书“全食物排毒密码”那里知道它原来有这么“文艺”的名字!
