湖南肉碎蛋
{材料} 水煮蛋3粒(去壳切半月形备用), 肉碎(用一点酱油,盐与胡椒粉腌10分钟),万能蒜葱辣椒拌炒酱1大匙, 青葱一颗(洗净切丁)
{调味料} 豆豉酱1茶匙, 酱油半茶匙,盐少许
{做法}
1. 烧热油锅后, 放入万能蒜葱辣椒拌炒酱爆香, 接着放入肉碎炒至变色, 再加豆豉酱和葱丁,拌炒均匀。
2. 然后, 调入酱油与少许盐,放入水煮蛋块,晃动锅使蛋能够上色,翻炒均匀即可。
Hunan Minced Pork Egg
{Ingredients} Hard boiled eggs x 3 (cut into wedges), minced pork (marinated with little soy sauce, salt and pepper),multipurpose stir-fry sauce x 1 tbsp, green onion x 1 stalk(washed and chopped)
{Seasonings} Black bean sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x ½ tsp and a pinch of salt
{Method}
1. Heat up pan with oil to saute multipurpose stir-fry sauce till fragrant, add in minced pork, black bean sauce and green onion stir-fry thoroughly.
2. Then, season with soy sauce and salt, follow by add in eggs, move and turn the pan to ensure the eggs can be evenly coated with sauce , slightly stir-fry until mix well.
