番茄火腿蛋捲
{材料} 番茄x 1粒(切丁), 洋蔥x 半粒(切丁), 火腿x2片(切丁), 鸡蛋x 2 粒(调入盐与胡椒粉少许, 打散成蛋液备用)
{调味料} 盐适量
{做法}
1. 平底锅中放油烧热, 放入切成丁的洋蔥, 火腿与番茄翻炒均匀.
2. 然后, 放入少量鹽。等燒的8分熟倒入蛋液。鋪均勻。弄成蛋餅的樣子。最後捲起來起鍋,切成一塊塊的就ok了!

{Ingredients} Tomato x 1 (diced), onion x half ( diced), ham x 2 slices (diced), eggs x 3 (season with little salt and pepper and beat accordingly)
{Seasonings} Salt in proper amount.
{Method}
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in frying pan, put in onion, ham and tomato to stir fry and mix well.
2. Then, season with little salt and pour in eggs mixture to set in a round shape. Cook until bottom just set, using spatula slowly folding egg layer to make round shape. Transfer to serving plate.
