干煎三文鱼肉
{材料} 三文鱼一块, 青葱少许 (切丁)
{调味料} 盐, 黑胡椒碎与烧烤酱适量
{做法}
1. 把鱼块洗净, 放入盘中用盐, 黑胡椒碎与烧烤酱腌三十分钟.
2. 平底锅内倒入橄榄油少许就好, 烧热后就放入三文鱼块以中火煎至熟后, 撒上青葱粒即可.
Dry Fried Salmon Fillet
{Ingredients} Salmon fillet x 1, some spring onion (diced)
{Seasonings} Salt, black pepper and teriyaki sauce in proper amount.
{Method}
1. Wash and clean up fish fillet, season with salt, black pepper and teriyaki sauce to marinade for 30 minutes.
2. Heat up some olive oil in frying pan to shallow-fry the salmon fillet till cooked under medium heat, add in some spring onion on top and ready to serve.
