番茄马铃薯椰菜排骨汤
此汤具有清肠消滞、降低血脂的作用, 营养丰富而且增进食欲.
{材料} 番茄x 5 粒 (洗净去皮切丁), 马铃薯x 2 粒(洗净, 去皮切丁), 红萝卜 x 1 条(去皮切片), 排骨 x 400克, 白菜花200克(洗净切好备用), 洋葱(白皮, 去衣洗净, 切丁) x 1 粒 ( 去皮切丝), 姜碎5克
{调味料} 玉米粉10克, 盐5克.
{做法}
1. 把水烧开, 放下番茄浸5分钟; 取起撕去皮, 切丁.
2. 排骨洗净, 加玉米粉腌匀后以滚水川烫三分钟, 捞起滴干.
3. 烧热油锅, 放姜、番茄、洋葱炒香后捞起备用.
4. 取一深锅, 把水放入锅内煮开, 放入排骨、番茄、洋葱、姜、马铃薯、红萝卜与白菜花煮开, 慢火煲1小时半后, 下盐调味即可.
Pork Ribs Soup with Tomatoes, Potatoes and Broccoli
{Ingredients} Tomato x 5 (Wash and peeled off skin, diced), potato x 2 (wash, skinless and diced), carrot x 1 (skinless and slices), pork rib x 400g, cauliflower x 200g(wash and diced), onion (white, wash and diced) x 1 ( skinless and shredded), ginger (finely chooped)x 5g
{Seasonings} Corn starch x 10g, salt x 5g
{Method}
1. Bring adequate water to boil, put in tomatoes for 5 min, remove and peel off the skin, diced it.
2. Pork ribs add in corn starch to marinate a while, then use boil water to blanch it for 3 min, drain it dry and set aside.
3. Heat up some oil to saute the ginger, tomatoes and onion until fragrant, remove and set aside.
4. Use a big pot, put in water accordingly and bring water to boil, add in pork ribs 1st to cook a while, then follow by tomato, onion, ginger, potato, carrot and cauliflower; cook it under slow heat for 1 and half hour, season with salt and serve.
