培根萝卜丝炒蛋 Fried Egg With Bacon and Carrot

培根萝卜丝炒蛋

{材料} 培根丝, 萝卜丝, 洋葱丝, 蒜碎, 小红葱碎, 鸡蛋2粒(加少许盐, 胡椒粉与麻油打散备用),栗粉水2汤匙

{调味料} 鸡粉1/2 茶匙,胡椒粉少许

{做法}

1. 平底锅烧热, 放入培根丝, 以小火把双面煎至酥脆后, 取出锅备用.

2. 继续用煎培根丝的锅热2汤匙的油, 爆香洋葱丝, 蒜和小红葱碎后, 加入萝卜丝与培根丝拌炒均匀。

3. 然后, 倒入蛋液不停搅拌至半凝固状时加入栗粉水和调味料拌炒至熟即成。

Fried Egg With Bacon and Carrot

{Ingredients} Sliced bacon, shredded carrot, shredded onion, chopped garlic, chopped shallots, egg x 2 (Beaten with some salt, pepper and sesame oil), corn flour solution x 2 tbsp

{Seasonings} Chicken powder x ½ tsp, some pepper

{Method}

1. Heat pan, put in sliced bacon to deep fry till crisp, remove and set aside.

2. Add in 2 tbsp of olive oil in the pan that used to deep fry bacon and bring it hot to sauté onions, chopped garlic and shallots till fragrant, add in shredded carrot and bacon to stir-fry till mix well.

3. Then, pour in egg mixture and continue to stir from time to time till half cook, add in corn flour solution and seasonings to stir fry till well cook. Serve hot.
