海鲜酱拌炒意大利面
{材料} 意大利面, 蒜碎2-3大匙, 洋葱丝, 甜椒丝,萝卜丝,西兰花丁(用加了油和盐的沸水川烫1分钟, 沥干过冷河备用), 鸡绞肉(用一点酱油与胡椒粉腌5分钟), 鸡蛋2粒(加盐, 麻油与胡椒粉打散), 蟹柳丁(川烫热水, 沥干备用)
{调味料} 海鲜酱2汤匙, 酱油1汤匙, 黑酱油1汤匙, 糖1/2 茶匙, 水少许, 全部放在小碗里拌均匀备用。
{做法}
1. 起油锅先把鸡蛋炒熟备用。
2. 取一深锅煮水至滚沸,加入少许盐,再放入意大利面,煮至八分熟时捞起,拌入适量橄榄油后备用。
3. 用回炒鸡蛋锅, 加入3大匙橄榄油爆香蒜碎与洋葱丝, 再加入甜椒丝,萝卜丝和鸡绞肉拌炒至鸡肉熟。
4. 把意大利面与调味料加入翻炒均匀。
5. 最后, 放入西兰花丁, 鸡蛋与蟹柳丁以大火快速拌炒一下即可。
Hoisin Sauce Spaghetti
{Ingredients} Spaghetti, chopped garlic x 2-3 tbsp, shredded onions, shredded bell pepper, shredded carrots, broccoli florets (diced, blanching in boiling water that add with some salt and oil, refresh under cold water and drain well), ground chicken (marinates with some soy sauce and pepper for 5 min), eggs x 2(beaten with some salt and pepper), crab stick (diced, blanch with hot water, drain and set aside)
{Seasonings} Hoisin sauce x 2 tbsp, soy sauce x 1 tbsp, black soy sauce x 1 tbsp, sugar x ½ tsp, some water, mix all well in a small bowl.
{Method}
1. Heat up oil in wok to stir-fry the egg mixture till cooked, remove and set aside.
2. Bring some water with salt to a boil; add spaghetti to boiling water to cook for 8 mins, remove and mix with some olive oil.
3. Use back the pan that cook egg, add in 3 tbsp of olive oil to sauté chopped garlic and onions till fragrant, follow by add in shredded bell pepper, carrot and ground chicken to stir-fry until chicken is cooked.
4. Add in spaghetti and seasonings to mix them well.
5. Lastly, add in broccoli, egg and crab stick to continue stir-frying under high heat for mix well will do.
