椒盐排骨 Pepper Salt Spareribs

过程
这是简易版的椒盐排骨, 能让我自愿学的大多都是简单步骤不多的...呵呵!

椒盐排骨

{材料} 排骨350克, 小红葱碎1大匙,姜碎1小匙, 蒜碎1大匙, 地瓜粉2-3大匙

{调味料} 盐1/2 汤匙, 黑胡椒粉1汤匙

{腌料} 蒜头碎1茶匙,青葱丁1大匙, 五香粉1小匙,米酒2大匙,酱油1大匙, 糖1大匙,香油1大匙, 蛋一个

{做法}

1. 排骨洗净再与腌料一起拌均腌上大约30分钟。

2. 然后沾上地瓜粉, 放入热油锅中油炸至熟备用。

3. 再用一大匙油爆香蒜葱姜碎, 放入炸好的排骨,盐和黑胡椒粉拌炒至均匀即可。

{Ingredients} Spareribs x 350g, chopped shallots x 1 tbsp, chopped ginger x 1 tsp, chopped garlic x 1 tbsp, tapioca starch x 2-3 tbsp

{Seasonings} Salt x ½ tbsp, black pepper x 1 tbsp

{Marinades} Chopped garlic x 1 tsp, diced green onion x 1 tbsp, five spice powder x 1 tsp, rice wine x 2 tbsp, soy sauce x 1 tbsp, sugar x 1 tbsp, sesame oil x 1 tbsp, egg x 1

{Method}

1. Clean the spareribs and marinate with marinades sauce for 30 mins.

2. Then, coated it with tapioca starch, deep fry in hot oil frying pan till crispy and cooked.

3. Heat up a tbsp. of oil to sauté chopped garlic, shallot and ginger till fragrant, put in the spareribs, salt and black pepper to stir-fry till mix well. Serve hot.
