芝士奶香马铃薯杂蔬沙拉 Creamy Mayo Free Mixed Veggies Potato Salad
材料各自蒸煮或水煮熟备用(除了洋葱片)
搅拌均匀

轻松完成在大天使心中超好吃的沙拉,她的夸奖总是能适时的安慰一下目前忙到暂时没了自我的麻麻,拌好的沙拉放冰箱冷藏1-2小时再吃味道更棒哟。天使吃不惯太冷的沙拉,她的那一份马铃薯拌均后(做法2)先保温,要吃时才将其他材料拌好。

芝士奶香马铃薯杂蔬沙拉

{材料} 中等马铃薯3粒(去皮切块状), 胡萝卜丁, 玉米粒和青豆适量, 水煮鸡蛋两粒( 蛋黄和蛋白分开),洋葱碎2汤匙(浸泡冷水),车打芝士1片(弄碎)。

{调味料} 盐和胡椒粉少许, 配方奶粉1-2安士。

{做法}

1. 马铃薯块放入蒸锅中蒸熟,胡萝卜丁,玉米粒和青豆分别在沸水中煮熟备用。

2. 当马铃薯蒸熟时,把蛋黄,调味料和芝士碎搅拌均匀。

3. 最后才把蛋白,洋葱碎,煮熟的胡萝卜丁,玉米粒和青豆加入拌均即可食用。

Creamy Mayo Free Mixed Veggies Potato Salad

{Ingredients} Medium size potato x 3 (cut into bite sized), diced carrots, corn, green pea, hard boiled eggs x 2 (separate egg yolk and egg white), diced onions (soak in cold water), cheddar cheese x 1 pcs (chopped).

{Seasonings} Some salt and pepper, baby formula milk x 1-2 oz.

{Directions}

1. Put the bite sized potatoes in steamer to steam till cook, put the diced carrots, corn and green pea separately into the pot of boiling water to boil until they are soft.

2. When the potatoes is done steamed and hot, add in egg yolk, seasonings and chopped cheese to ensure fold them together until well mixed.

3. Lastly, add in egg white, onions, cooked carrots, corn and green pea to continue fold everthing till well combined. Chill in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
