酱油香煎三文鱼Snappy Salmon Fillets

酱油香煎三文鱼

{材料} 三文鱼肉 2片

{腌料} 酱油5汤匙, 黄糖 1 ½ 汤匙, 柠檬汁2汤匙, 柠檬皮碎 ½ 茶匙

{配料A} 玉米一条(切半,洗净蒸熟备用), 小黄瓜(去皮切片)与适量的梅子彩椒

{做法}

1. 把三文鱼肉与腌料倒入一个大的塑料食品储存袋, 将里边的空气按出后紧锁。

2. 将储存袋翻转几次让鱼肉片可以腌得均匀。 腌上至少四十五分钟。

3. 热一大匙的牛油, 代它溶解后放入三文鱼煎至两面熟透即可。

{Ingredients} Salmon fillets x 2pcs

{Marinades} Soy Sauce x 5 tbsp, brown sugar x 1 ½ tbsp, lemon juices x 2 tbsp, lemon peel x ½ tsp,

{Ingredients A} Corn x 1 (Cut into half, wash and steamed), cucumber (skinless and sliced), some plum pepper.

{Method}

1. Combine marinades sauce; pour over salmon in large plastic food storage bag. Press air out of bag; close top securely.

2. Turn bag over several times to coat all pieces of salmon well. Marinate at least 45 min.

3. Heat up frying pan with 1 tbsp butter to fry salmon pcs until both sides well cooked.
