麻油猪肉蛋
{材料} 鸡蛋5个 (煎成荷包蛋备用), 猪肉片 (用蜀粉、盐巴和酱油腌10-15分钟), 蒜碎1小匙, 小葱碎1小匙, 老姜碎1大匙.
{调味料} 麻油2大匙, 米酒1小匙, 酱油2大匙, 黑酱油1大匙, 糖1小匙, 蚝油1大匙, 水与栗粉水适量.
{做法}
1. 锅内放入麻油2大匙, 把葱蒜姜碎炒香后加入猪肉片拌炒至变色.
2. 调入调味料(除了栗粉水)与适量的水煮滚, 最后加入煎好的荷包蛋和以栗粉水勾芡即可.
Sesame Pork Egg
{Ingredients} Eggs x 5 (Make poached eggs), sliced pork (Use corn flour, salt and soy sauce marinade for 10-15 mins), chopped garlic 1 tsp chopped shallot x 1 tsp, chopped old ginger x 1 tbsp.
{Seasonings} Sesame oil x 2 tbsp, rice wine x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 2 tbsp, black soy sauce x 1 tbsp, sugar x 1 tsp, oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, some water and corn flour solution.
{Method}
1. Heat up 2 tbsp sesame oil to saute chopped shallot, garlic and gingers till fragrant, add in sliced porks to stir-fry until change color.
2. Season with seasonings (except corn flour solution) and some water and bring it to boil, lastly add in poached eggs to mix well, thicken it with corn flour solution and serve hot.
