甜椒鸡丁 |
{材料} 鸡胸肉(切丁/片), 红.青甜椒适量(切丁), 蒜x 2瓣(切碎), 大葱(切丝), 鸡蛋液
{调味料} 米酒1 大匙, 水2 大匙, 蚝油1 大匙, 酱油1大匙, 盐1/4茶匙, 胡椒粉&香油少许, 太白粉水2 小匙; 调成综合酱汁备用.
{做法}
1. 鸡丁加少许酱油, 胡椒粉少许, 蛋液少许; 最后加入少许太白粉腌15 -20分钟
2. 起油锅(油可放多些, 等一下可把过多的沥掉), 放入鸡丁炒至变色; 再加入红.青甜椒丁拌炒一下后, 沥油备用.
3. 少许油, 炒香蒜碎与大葱片后, 加入已炒好的鸡丁与甜椒拌炒入味; 最后倒入综合酱汁炒匀就好了.
Bell pepper chicken
{Ingredients} Chicken breast (diced / slices), Red. Green bell pepper in proper amount (diced), garlic cloves x 2 (chopped), onion (shredded), egg
{Seasonings} Rice wine x 1 tbsp, water x 2 tbsp, oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, soy sauce x 1 tbsp, salt ¼ tsp, pepper & a little sesame oil, cornstarch water x 2 tsp; turn all into the mixed sauce in a bowl and set aside.
{Method}
1. Chicken breast slices add soy sauce, pepper, egg slightly; then add a little cornstarch and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in preheated wok (oil can put more as later will drain off if too much), put in chicken breast slices stir-fry till change color; add in red. green bell pepper stir-fry a while. Drain off oil and set aside.
3. Heat up some oil, stir-fry chopped garlic cloves and shredded onion until fragrant; then add in chicken breast slices and red.green bell pepper to stir-fry 5min. Then, pour in mixed sauce to stir-fry a while and serve it.
