冰糖排骨 Rock sugar pork ribs

冰糖排骨
冰糖排骨对我而言算是可口的开胃菜之一噢.


冰糖排骨
{材料} 排骨 x 800 , 冰糖60

{调味料} 酱油1大匙, 黑酱油1茶匙, 蚝油1大匙, 蒜米(剁碎) 1大匙, 少许胡椒粉

{做法}
1. 排骨加入调味料拌匀. 2030分钟.
2. 锅中烧热植物油2-3大匙, 将排骨倒入锅加盖慢火煮20分钟. 再加入冰糖煮至干水即可.

{Ingredients} Pork ribs x 800g, rock sugar x 60g

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tbsp, dark soya sauce x 1 tsp, oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, minced garlic x 1 tbsp, a little pepper powder.

{Method}
1. Add all seasonings into pork ribs for marinade min=20-30min.
2. Heat up 2-3 tbsp oil, put in pork ribs into wok to cook for 20 min with cover lid. Then add in rock sugar until melted and stick at pork ribs. Ready to serve.
