巧克力软心蛋糕与全部所需材料 |
巧克力软心蛋糕(两人份)
{材料} 巧克力 2 块状, 免盐黄油 (牛油) ¼ 杯或4大匙, 糖粉1/2 杯, 鸡蛋1个, 蛋黄1个, 香草精少许, 面粉3大匙
{做法}
1. 烤箱预热到华氏450度, 把黄油搽在两个烤模.
2. 烤盘上放张铝箔纸, 摆上搽好黄油的烤模备用.
3. 先把巧克力和黄油隔热水融化或者说用微波炉以39秒至1分钟将两者融化. 然后搅拌直到巧克力完全融化.
4. 加白砂糖搅拌直到充分混合, 然后再加入全蛋和蛋黄搅拌均匀. (可以随意调入适量的香草精). 接下来,加入面粉拌均.
5. 准备将蛋糕液缓缓倒入备用的烤模, 放入烤箱烤10分钟或直至面糊上层是坚定的, 但中心是软的.
6. 用一个小刀在烤模里边左右松开, 然后反转烤模以便将蛋糕完整无缺地倒在盘上, 喜欢的话, 撒上些许的糖粉即可趁热享用.
***小心!!! 当它从烤箱出来是非常非常热的.
Molten Choc lava cake for 2
{Ingredients} Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate x 2 squares, unsalted butter x ¼ cup or ½ stick, powdered sugar x ½ cup, egg x 1, egg yolk x 1, a bit vanilla extract, flour x 3 tbsp
{Method}
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, butter 2 custard/ramekin/souffle dishes.
2. Place a pcs of aluminium foil on baking sheet, put on the 2 buttered dishes on it.
3. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until butter is melted. Stir with a wire whisk until chocolate is completely melted.
4. Stir in sugar until well blended. Blend in eggs and egg yolks with wire whisk. (U can add in a bit vanilla extract if like). Stir in flour and mixed it well.
5. Divide batter among prepared custard cups and bake for 10 minutes or until sides are firm, but centers are soft.
6. Carefully run a small knife around cakes to loosen. Invert cakes onto dessert dishes. Served immediately, topped with icing sugar if you like.
***BE CAREFUL!!! It is VERY VERY hot when it first comes out.
