枸杞清蒸鱼肉
{材料} 鱼肉一块, 番茄 1粒(切片), 姜碎x 20g, 枸杞15-20粒, 香菇1 朵(泡软, 切丝), 青葱粒适量
{腌料} 花雕酒1茶匙, 麻油1茶匙, 酱油2汤匙, 蚝油1汤匙, 柠檬汁½ 茶匙
{做法}
1. 鱼肉洗净, 在鱼身撒些盐去腥味.
2. 然后, 用腌料把鱼肉腌上至少两小时, 番茄片排放在腌着鱼肉的蒸盘边缘即可.
3. 蒸锅中煮沸水, 放入腌好的鱼肉蒸盘, 以大火蒸八分钟即可.
Wolfberry steamed fish
{Ingredients} Fish fillet x 1, tomato x 1 (sliced), ginger x 20g (chopped). Wolfberries x 15-20pcs, dried mushroom x 1 (soaked and shredded), some green onion cubes.
{Marinades Sauces} Hua Tiao wine x 1 tsp, sesame oil x 1 tsp, soya sauce x 2 tbsp, oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, and lemon juice x ½ tsp.
{Method}
1. Wash and clean up fish fillet, season it with some salt.
2. Then, use marinades sauces to marinate the fish for at lest 2 hours, tomato slices just arrange well around the steam plate.
3. Steam it for 8 minutes over high heat. Ready to serve.
