辣椒炒肉Sauteed Hot Pepper with Pork |
辣椒肉过程 |
{材料} 猪肉(切块状, 用少许黑酱油, 酱油, 米酒和胡椒粉腌上15分钟。), 红辣椒碎, 青葱丁,蒜碎, 小红葱碎。
{调味料} 豆瓣酱 ½ 茶匙,酱油1茶匙, 黑酱油 少许,蚝油1茶匙,糖1茶匙。
{做法}
1. 起油锅爆香蒜, 小红葱与辣椒碎, 放入一半的青葱丁和肉块拌炒大约2分钟。
2. 然后, 调入调味料与另一半的青葱丁以大火快炒至均匀即可。
Sauteed Hot Pepper with Pork
{Ingredients} Pork belly (cut into bite pieces, marinates with some black soy sauce, soy sauce, rice wine and pepper for 15 mins.), chopped red chili, diced green onion, chopped garlic and shallots.
{Seasonings} Bean paste x ½ tsp, soy sauce x 1 tsp, a little dark soy sauce, oyster sauce x 1 , sugar x 1 tsp.
{Method}
1. Heat up oil to saute chopped garlic, shallots and chili till fragrant; add in half of diced green onions and pork belly to stir-fry for about 2 mins.
2. Then, add in seasonings and rest of the green onions to cook under high heat till well mix and aromatic, dish up.
