叉烧酱煎肉片完成品 |
{材料} 猪肉片适量 (用2大匙的叉烧酱,一点黑酱油和少许糖腌一小时)
{做法}
1. 将腌好的煮肉片沾点栗米粉,放入热油锅煎至双面微焦即可。
Char Siu Sauce Sliced Pork
{Ingredients} Pork slices (marinate with 2 tbsp chao siu sauce, some black soy sauce and sugar for at least 1 hour)
{Method}
1. Coated the marinade sliced pork with some corn flour and deep fry in frying pan with hot oil till both sides is cooked.
