黑木耳炖小鸡腿
{材料} 小鸡腿10只,黑木耳丝(浸泡至软),青葱丁(泡盐水洗净),蒜碎和小红葱碎适量。
{调味料} 黑酱油1茶匙,酱油3大匙, 蚝油1茶匙,绍兴酒一点,Mommy J有机香菇粉适量和清水5大匙。
{做法}
1. 起油锅把蒜葱碎炒香, 加入绍兴酒炝锅后下黑木耳丝翻炒均匀。
2. 然后,将其它调味料和小鸡腿加入慢火煮15-20分钟后加入青葱丁拌均即可。
Black Fungus Drumettes
{Ingredients} Drumettes x 10, shredded blacjk fungus (soaked till tender), diced green onion (soaked in salted water), some chopped garlic and shallots.
{Seasonings} Black soy sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 3 tbsp, oyster sauce x 1 tsp, some shaoxing wine and MommyJ organic mushroom food powder, water x 5 tbsp.
{Method}
1. Heat up oil to saute chopped garlic and shallot till fragrant, add in shasoxing wine and shredded black fungus to stir-fry until mix well.
2. Then, add in other seasonings and drumettes to continue cook for 15-20 mins only add in diced green onion, ready to eat.
