清炒秋葵 |
Sauteed Okra |
{材料} 秋葵适量,鸡肉片(用少许米酒,盐与胡椒粉腌10分钟), 红辣椒(切丝),蒜碎少许。
{调味料} 盐1茶匙, 鸡粉少许。
{做法}
1. 秋葵用水洗净后, 放入已加了盐与油的沸水中川烫1分钟,取出过冷水后切片。
2. 起油锅爆香蒜碎与辣椒丝, 放入鸡肉片炒至变色后, 再加入秋葵与调味料拌炒一两分钟即可。
Sauteed Okra
{Ingredients} Some okra, sliced chicken(marinate with some rice wine, salt and pepper for 10 mins), red chili (shredded), some chopped garlic.
{Seasonings} Salt x 1 tsp, some chicken powder.
{Method}
1. Wash okra and blanch over boiling water that add with some salt and oil for 1 min, rinse under cold water and sliced it.
2. Heat up some oil to sauté chopped garlic and chili till fragrant, add in sliced chicken to stir-fry a while before add in okra and seasoning, stir-frying till mixed well and serve hot.
