{材料} 芦笋(洗净切段状), 萝卜(切片), 鸡肉片(用一点酱油,米酒和栗粉腌上10分钟),蒜碎, 红辣椒碎

{调味料} 酱油1茶匙, 豆瓣酱1汤匙,盐与糖适量

{做法}

1. 芦笋先用加了盐与油的沸水川烫至少一分钟,过冷水沥干备用。

2. 起油锅爆香蒜与辣椒碎, 加入鸡肉片拌炒一下后再加入萝卜片。

3. 最后, 加入芦笋与调味料拌炒均匀即可。

Sauteed Bean Paste with Asparagus and Sliced Chicken

{Ingredients} Asparagus (wash and cut into sectioned), carrot (slices), sliced chicken (marinate with some soy sauce, rice wine and corn starch for 10 mins), chopped garlic and red chili.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tsp, bean paste x 1 tbsp, some salt and sugar.

{Method}

1. Blanch over asparagus in boiling water that add with some salt and oil for at least 1 min, rinse through cold water and set aside.

2. Heat up some oil to sauté chopped garlic and red chili, add in sliced chicken to stir a while only add in carrot.

3. Lastly, add in asparagus and seasoning to continue stir-fry till well combined. Ready to serve.
