装盘的烧肉炒饭 Roasted Pork Fried Rice in plate.
疯狂地要求每周吃烧肉到如今已变成适可而止啦, 他买多时, 我就把吃剩的脆皮烧肉切成丁来炒饭或粉面类当成下一餐, 呵呵!

烧肉炒饭

{材料} 隔夜白饭,蒜碎, 红葱碎,红辣椒碎,烧肉丁,萝卜丝,鸡蛋2粒(加少许盐,胡椒粉与麻油打散备用),小白菜几叶(切丝,用加了点盐与油的沸水川烫一至两分钟, 沥干备用)

{调味料}盐1茶匙,鸡粉 ½ 茶匙,糖与胡椒粉少许

{做法}

1. 烧热3大汤匙油锅将蒜,红葱与辣椒碎爆香后,加入烧肉丁和萝卜丝以大火快炒至均匀后推去锅边。

2. 加入一半的蛋液, 炒至半熟后加入白饭翻炒一下。

3. 将其余的蛋液与调味料加入, 把刚才推去一边的材料加入继续拌炒至松散均匀后, 加入小白菜丝翻炒一下即可。

Roasted Pork Fried Rice

{Ingredients} Overnight cooked rice, chopped garlic, shallots and red chili, diced roasted pork, shredded carrot, egg x 2 (beaten with some salt, pepper and sesame oil), some chinese cabbage (Blanch over boiling water with some salt and oil for 1-2 mins, drain well and set aside.)

{Seasonings} Salt x 1 tsp, chicken powder x ½ tsp, some sugar and pepper

{Method}

1. Heat up 3 tbsp oil in wok to sauté chopped garlic,shallots and chili till fragrant, add in diced roasted pork and carrot to stir fry over high heat till well mixed and push aside.

2. Add in half of eggs mixture, stir-frying until half cooked and add in rice to continue slightly stir fry.

3. Add in the rest of egg mixture and seasonings as well as other ingredients that just push aside to stir-fry until aromatic, add in shredded chinese cabbage to combine them well and serve hot.
