土豆饼 Potato Pan Cake

土豆饼
有心有力时, 早餐偶尔来点心思吧, 毕竟这是开始活力一天少不了的主角!
土豆饼

{材料} 土豆1粒(去皮切丝, 浸泡盐水10分钟), 青葱1棵(切末),鸡蛋1粒, 火腿丝,萝卜丝, 面粉,栗粉适量。

{调味料} 盐,鸡粉与胡椒粉适量。

{配料A} 小黄瓜片与番茄片。

{做法}

1. 将所有材料与调味料放入大碗中, 面粉 VS栗粉的比例是2:1, 加适量的水拌成面糊。

2. 平底锅上烧热适量的橄榄油, 把面糊煎至两面上色即可。

3. 出锅后, 装盘与配料A一起趁热享用。

Potato Pan Cake

{Ingredients} Potato x 1 (skinless and shredded, soaked in salted water for 10 mins), green onion x 1 (chopped), egg x 1, shredded ham, shredded carrot, flour, corn starch in proper amount.

{Seasonings} Salt, chicken powder and pepper in right amount.

{Ingredients A} Some shredded cucumber and tomatoes.

{Method}

1. Mixed all ingredients and seasonings in a big bowl, flour vs corn starch is 2:1, add in some water to stir till form a smooth slightly thick mixture.

2. Heat up some olive oil in a flat frying pan, spoon the mixture into hot oil forming small pancakes, fry ill both sides turn golden and potatoes are cooked through.

3. Serve hot with ingredient A.
