黄油煎蛋芝士面包 Butter fried egg and cheese sandwich

黄油煎蛋芝士面包
早起十五分钟, 就可以弄出个不错的活力餐。

黄油煎蛋芝士面包

{材料} 黄油/牛油适量, 鸡蛋1粒, 芝士1片, 面包2片, 番茄3片, 生菜1片。

{调味料} 酱油,盐与胡椒粉少许。(不放也可以)

{做法}

1. 将一片面包割出四方形, 热牛油适量后, 放入面包以中火煎一会儿。

2. 然后将鸡蛋打入面包中, 调入调味料后, 把番茄片方上, 接着放芝士片与盖上另一片面包。

3. 双面煎至金黄色即可, 盘上用剩下的番茄与生菜片稍微装饰。

{Ingredients} Some butter, egg x 1, cheese slice x 1, toast x 2 , tomatoes slice x 3, lettuce x 1 slice

{Seasonings} Some soy sauce, salt and pepper.

{Method}

1. Cut out a square shape from a pcs of toast, heat up butter in pan, put in the toast slice to fry over medium heat.

2. Then, break in an egg in center of toast and season with seasonings if you like strong taste, add in a slice of tomato, follow by cheese slice and another pcs of toast.

3. Fry until both sides turn to golden brown, serving plate simply decorated with tomatoes and lettuce, transfer toast on plate and serve hot.
