红薯银耳枸杞糖水
{材料} 红薯3粒 , 银耳(浸软, 剪成小片状),枸杞10克 ( 浸软),老姜片x 5
{调味料} 冰糖适量
{做法}
1. 番薯去皮, 洗净切成块状后浸入清水中10分钟后沥干备用。
2. 锅内加入适量清水, 放入姜片与银耳煮滚后, 转小火焖煮1小时30分钟。
3. 然后,加入番薯块用大火煮到滚后, 再加入冰糖与枸杞, 转成小火煮到番薯块变软即可。
Sweet Potatoes White Fungus Wolf berry Desert
{Ingredients} Sweet Potatoes x 3, white fungus (Soaked till tender, cut into bites size.) wolfberries (Soaked till tender), ginger slices x 5
{Seasonings} Some rock sugar (According to personal preference.)
{Method}
1. Peel off sweet potato’s skin and cut into diced and soak in clean water for 10 min. Remove, drains dry and set aside.
2. In a pot, add in water in proper amount, add in ginger slices and white fungus; bring water to boil then turn to low heat simmer cook for 1 and half hours.
3. Add in diced sweet potatoes and use high heat bring to boil again, add in rock sugar and wolf berries, turn it to low heat to stew till sweet potatoes is soft. Ready to serve.
