炸酱肉碎盖饭
{材料} 肉碎适量, 蒜头碎(1粒), 小红葱碎(1粒), 洋葱1/4个(切丁),肉碎, 胡萝卜丝, 黑木耳切碎, 包菜碎, 青葱粒, 黄瓜丁适量, 鸡蛋2粒(调入盐与胡椒粉少许, 打散成蛋液).
{调味料}黑酱青 1 汤匙, 酱青 2汤匙, 伍斯特郡辣酱油1小匙, 胡椒粉 一点, 糖 1茶匙, 盐一点, 豆瓣酱与姜粉(姜碎)少许, 栗粉水1 汤匙
{做法}
1. 锅下油炒香蒜葱碎与洋葱碎, 下肉碎炒再下全部材料炒至熟后, 以栗粉水勾芡.
2. 倒入鸡蛋液在肉碎上, 用锅盖盖起,以小火焖至7-8分至熟即可上碟.

{Ingredients} Some minced porks, chopped garlic x 1 tbsp, chopped shallot x 1 tsp, diced onion x 2 tbsp, shredded carrot, black fungus, cabbage, some diced green onion and cucumber, eggs x 2 (beaten with some salt and pepper.)
{Seasonings} Black soy sauce x 1 1tbsp, soy sauce x 2 tbsp, worcestershire sauce x 1 tsp, some pepper, sugar x 1 tsp, some salt, bean sauce and ground ginger, corn flour solution x 1 tbsp.
{Method}
1. Heat up some oil in pan to sauté chopped garlic, shallot and onion till fragrant, add in minced pork and other balance ingredients to stir-fry till all cooked; thicken it with corn flour solution.
2. Lastly pour in egg mixture on top of minced pork, cover with lid, and simmer under low heat for 7-8 mins or till cooked. Serve hot with rice.
