番茄鸡肉片
{材料} 鸡胸肉柳300公克, 番茄1粒(切丁),洋葱碎一大匙, 蒜碎一大匙, 姜碎少许,青豆粒1大匙,鸡蛋一粒
{调味料A} 太白粉1汤匙
{调味料B} 番茄酱1汤匙, 糖,醋1/2茶匙,清水半杯, 盐1茶匙
{调味料C} 太白粉水1汤匙
{做法}
1. 鸡柳片加鸡蛋及调味料A腌十五分钟。
2. 锅中倒入5大匙油以中火烧热, 放入腌好的鸡柳拌炒至变色, 捞出备用。
3. 锅中留大约2大匙的油以大火烧热, 爆香洋葱碎, 蒜碎与姜碎, 放入番茄丁拌炒至出红汤后, 调入调味料B炒均。
4. 然后, 放入鸡柳和青豆粒翻炒均匀, 淋入调味料C拌均即可。
Tomatoes Chicken Fillets
{Ingredients} Chicken fillets x 300g, tomato x 1 (diced), chopped onions x 1 tbsp, chopped garlic x 1 tbsp, some chopped ginger, green pea x 1 tbsp, egg x 1
{Seasonings A} Potato starch x 1 tbsp
{Seasonings B} Tomato sauce x 1tbsp, sugar, vinegar x ½ tsp, water x ½ cup, salt x 1 tsp
{Seasonings C} Potato starch solution x 1 tbsp
{Method}
1. Marinate chicken fillets with egg and seasonings A for at least 15 mins.
2. Heat up oil x 5 tbsp under medium heat, stir-fry the chicken fillets till cook, dish up and drains dry oil.
3. Remain 2 tbsp oil in pan, stir-fry chopped garlic, onion and ginger till fragrant, add in diced tomatoes and season with seasonings B to mix them well.
4. Then, add in chicken fillets and green pea continue to strir-fry to mix them well, thicken up with seasonings C, serve hot.
