鲍汁白萝卜
{材料} 白萝卜1 根(洗净去皮,切块状)
{调味料} 鲍鱼汁2汤匙,酱油1汤匙,糖适量,清水600毫升
{做法}
1. 清水煮沸后,把白萝卜和调味料放入煮开后,小火慢炖30-45分钟或直到萝卜软烂。
Abalone sauce white radish
{Ingredients} White radish x 1 (wash and skin off, cut into sectioned)
{Seasonings} Abalone sauce x 2 tbsp, soy sauce x 1 tbsp, some sugar, water x 600ml.
{Method}
1. Bring the water to boil, add in white radish and seasonings, once boiling again switch to low heat to stew for 30-45 mins or until it well cooked.
