即食叻沙什锦汤 Instant Penang Asam Laksa Soup

又是想念家乡美食的时刻,自己带着10个月大的天使,她又适逢粘身期。分离焦虑让她醒着时无法让我离开她一分钟,常用哭声代替她的不满。我嘛,总的对自己好一点,想吃就煮些快手的,反正我也没试过自己全权负责真的槟城叻沙,呵呵。啊,对了,还得谢谢朋友漂洋过海给我带回来的即煮酱料,感恩呐!

即食叻沙什锦汤

{材料} 三文鱼一块,鱼丸鱼饼,水煮鸡蛋4粒

{调味料} 酸柑汁2汤匙

{做法}

1. 1500毫升的清水加入即煮酱料煮沸后,放入全部材料再次中火煮沸后调入调味料即可。

2. 可以川烫些叻沙面条,加点黄瓜丝,黄梨丝,大葱丝和薄荷片做成叻沙吃或者直接当汤配白饭也很开胃啦。

Instant Penang Asam Laksa Soup

{Ingredients} Salmon fillet x 1, some fish ball and fish cake, hard-boiled eggs x 4

{Seasonings} Lime juice x 2 tbsp

{Method}

1. Bring 1500ml of water that add in the instant paste to boil, add in all ingredients and switch to medium heat to cook till it boil again only pour in the seasoning.

2. If you like can cook some noodle, add with some shredded cucumber, pineapple, onion and mints to make it as asam laksa or just eat with cook white rice.
