枸杞百合银耳汤 Jelly Fungus with Goji Berries and Lily Bulbs Soup

枸杞百合银耳汤
女人味不是天生就有的,丰富的胶原蛋白不一定只出现在青春期,爱自己永远都不怕迟!这个世界上,只有更努力才能对得起你自己。。。

枸杞百合银耳汤

{材料} 白木耳,枸杞,百合

{调味料} 冰糖适量

{做法}

1. 白木耳洗净,撕成小朵状,浸泡至软。

2. 枸杞和百合洗净备用。

3. 将所有材料放入锅中炖煮1至1小时半左右或至白木耳软烂,加入冰糖再煮至溶化即可。

{Ingredients} Jelly fungus, goji berries, lily bulb

{Seasonings} some rock sugar

{Method}

1. Wash jelly fungus and make it small florets shape, socked till tender.

2. Wash goji berry and lily bulbs and set aside.

3. Put all ingredients in a deep pot with enough water to slow cook for 1-1:30 hours or till well cooked only add in rock sugar to continue cook till melted. Serve hot.
