蒜香意大利面
{材料} 意大利面,蒜碎与干辣椒碎适量。
{调味料} 橄榄油,芫荽叶粉,盐与黑胡椒粉适量
{做法}
1. 取一深锅煮水至滚沸,加入少许盐,再放入意大利面,煮至八分熟时捞起,拌入适量橄榄油后备用。
2. 热一平底锅,倒入适量橄榄油,炒香蒜碎与辣椒碎后,加入做法1的面拌炒,再以黑胡椒粉与盐调味,最后撒上芫荽叶粉拌匀即可。
***可以自行加上任何配料, 我的他不能像我吃得简单, 所以给他加上水煮青菜, 蛋与酱香煎三文鱼片。
Garlic Spaghetti
{Ingredients} Spaghetti chopped garlic and chopped dried red pepper in right amount.
{Seasonings} Some olive oil, cilantro leaves, salt and black pepper.
{Method}
1. Bring some water with salt to a boil; add spaghetti to boiling water to cook for 9 mins, remove and mix with some olive oil.
2. Heat up pan, saute chopped garlic and red pepper until fragrant, and add in spaghetti to mix well, and then season with salt and black pepper. Lastly, sprinkle with dried cilantro leaves, serve hot.
***Can add in any other ingredients according to personal preference, such as snappy salmon fillet and some boiled veggies and eggs.
