葡式烤鱼片
{材料} 鱼片, 锡纸2大张,香菜叶(洗净, 泡盐水)
{调味料} 葡式烤鱼酱料5-7大匙, 盐与胡椒粉少许。
{做法}
1. 鱼片洗净后沥干,放在锡纸上用少许盐与胡椒粉把双面稍微涂均匀, 最后裹上一层葡式烤鱼酱腌上至少2小时。
2. 烤箱预热200◦C/400◦F, 烤上10-13分钟后, 才撒上香菜叶即可。
Portuguese Style Baked Fish Fillets
{Ingredients} Fish fillets, aluminium foil x 2 pcs, cilantro (wash and soaked in salted water)
{Seasonings} Instant Portuguese style steamed fish sauce 5-7 tbsp, some salt and pepper.
{Method}
1. Clean up fish fillets and put on aluminium foil, marinate with some salt, pepper and follow by a thick layer of instant Portuguese style steamed fish sauce for at least 2 hours.
2. Baked in pre-heated oven under 200◦C/400◦F for 10-13 mins, take it out and sprinkle with some clean cilantro.
