蚝油四季豆肉片 French Bean Stir-fry Pork with Oyster Sauce |
{材料} 四季豆(切片),肉片(用一点米酒,酱油,糖和胡椒粉腌上10分钟), 红辣椒碎,蒜碎,青葱丝。
{调味料} 蚝油1汤匙, 糖 ½ 茶匙, 酱油 ½ 汤匙, 栗粉水1大匙和胡椒粉少许。
{做法}
1. 起油锅,把四季豆过一过油翻炒一会儿后捞起沥油备用。
2. 再热2大匙油锅爆香蒜葱与辣椒碎,放入腌好的肉片炒至变色后,调入调味料,续而加入四季豆拌炒至均匀香浓即可。
French Bean Stir-fry Pork with Oyster Sauce
{Ingredients} French bean (sliced), pork slices (marinate with some rice wine, soy sauce, sugar and pepper for 10 mins), chopped red chili, chopped garlic and shredded green onion.
{Seasonings} Oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, sugar x 1 .2 tsp, soy sauce x ½ tbsp, corn flour solution x 1 tbsp and some pepper.
{Method}
1. Heat up oil, frying the French bean a while and drain well.
2. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil again, sauté chopped garlic, chili and green onion till fragrant, add in pork slices to cook till change color, follow by add in seasonings and French bean and eggs to stir-fry till aromatic and thick. Dish up.
