Pan Fried Celery with Chicken Slices |
{材料} 鸡肉片 (用少许酱油, 米酒与胡椒粉腌上10分钟), 萝卜片,芹菜(切丝),蒜碎, 小红葱碎,红辣椒碎。
{调味料} 豆瓣酱1茶匙,酱油1茶匙,蚝油1茶匙, 糖 ½ 茶匙, 栗粉水1汤匙,麻油少许。
{做法}
1. 起油锅爆香蒜葱辣椒碎, 加入鸡肉片拌炒至变色。
2. 然后, 加入萝卜,芹菜和调味料以中火拌炒至熟即可。
Pan Fried Celery with Chicken Slices
{Ingredients} Slices chicken (marinate with some soy sauce, rice wine and pepper for 10 mins), slices carrots, celery (shredded), chopped garlic, shallot and red chili.
{Seasonings} Bean paste x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 1 tsp, oyster sauce x 1 tsp, sugar x ½ tsp, corn flour solution x 1 tbsp, some sesame oil.
{Method}
1. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic, shallot and chili till fragrant, add in slices chicken stir-fry till turn color.
2. Then, add in carrot, celery and seasonings, continue to stir fry over medium heat till cooked.
