叁巴香肠炒饭 Sambal Fried Rice with Sausage
配料我就用这杂蔬拌炒,算营养均衡啦,呵呵
过程
叁巴香肠炒饭

{材料} 隔夜米饭2杯,鸡蛋3粒(加点酱油,胡椒粉和麻油打散),香肠2条(切丝),冷冻杂疏1杯,鸡绞肉碎, 甜椒块,蒜碎

{调味料} 即煮叁巴酱3大匙,糖1茶匙, 酱油1茶匙

{做法}

1. 起油锅,先把蛋炒碎备用。

2. 再加入5大匙油爆香蒜碎,加入肉碎炒至色变后, 续而加入香肠,杂疏和甜椒块炒均。

3. 调入调味料和加入隔夜米饭大火拌炒均匀后加入鸡蛋碎翻炒一下即可。

Sambal Fried Rice with Sausage

{Ingredients} Overnight white rice x 2 cups, eggs x 3 (beaten with some soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil), sausage x 2 (shredded), mixed frozen veggies x 1 cups, ground chicken, diced bell pepper, chopped garlic.

{Seasonings} Instant Sambal paste x 3 tbsp, sugar x 1 tsp, soy sause x 1 tsp

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to stir-fry egg till cooked and set aside.

2. Add in another 5 tbsp of oil to sauté chopped garlic, follow by add in ground chicken to stir-fry till change color, continue add in sausage, mixed veggies and bell pepper to fry until well combined.

3. Season in seasonings and overnight white rice to stir-fry for mix well, lastly add in cooked egg to continue fry for a while and serve hot.
