白凤丸炖鸡汤 Chicken Soup with Pill Bak foong


尽量把鸡腿肉的油脂也去除干净,这样燉出来的汤才不会油油的。虽然这次已经去骨去皮,但是油脂去得不够干净,汤还是油油的,喝时还得撇油,累!


白凤丸炖鸡汤

{材料} 白凤丸小粒状1盒,去骨去皮鸡腿肉3-4只,红枣5颗,枸杞适量

{调味料} 盐少许(也可不放,依个人口味为重)

{做法}

1. 先把下层隔水燉锅的水煮沸后转中火,上层的水放入白凤丸,鸡腿肉和红枣先燉1小时后才加入枸杞再燉2小时即可。

2. 喝时再调入少量盐调味。

Chicken Soup with Pill Bak Foong

{Ingredients} Bak Foong Pill x 1 box, bone and skin less chicken thighs x 3-4 pcs, red dates x 5 pcs, goji berry in right amount.

{Seasonings} Some salt. (Optional, According to personal preference.)

{Method}

1. Double boiler pot, bring lower level pot water to boil only add on top level with all ingredients except goji berry to stew under medium heat for 1 hour, add in goji berry to simmer cook for another 2 hours and serve hot.

2.Season in some salt while serve if like.
