豉椒鸡丁 Black Bean Garlic Sauce Chicken

豉椒鸡丁

{材料} 鸡柳片, 红黄青甜椒(洗净,切块状)适量

{调味料} 蒜蓉豆豉酱1汤匙, 糖½ 茶匙

{做法}

1. 鸡柳片用一点米酒与胡椒粉腌5分钟。

2. 起油锅爆香蒜蓉豆豉酱后,调入糖再加鸡柳片拌炒均匀。

3. 最后, 加入红黄青甜椒拌炒一下即可。

Black Bean Garlic Sauce Chicken

{Ingredients} Some chicken fillets, red, yellow and green bell pepper (wash and diced)

{Seasonings} Black bean garlic sauce x 1 tbsp, sugar x ½ tsp

{Method}

1. Use little rice wine and pepper to marinate chicken fillets for 5 mins.

2. Heat up oil in wok to sauté black bean garlic sauce till fragrant, season in sugar and add in chicken fillets to mix well.

3. Lastly, add in diced bell pepper to stir-fry till cooked. Serve hot.
