{材料} 即煮烤豆干,芹菜(切丝),鸡肉碎(用少许盐,酱油,米酒和胡椒粉腌上15分钟), 萝卜(切薄片),红辣椒碎,蒜碎,小红葱碎。
{调味料} 豆瓣酱1茶匙, 酱油一茶匙,四川担担面酱1茶匙,糖 ½ 汤匙, 胡椒粉与麻油少许,清水3大匙。
{做法}
1. 起油锅爆香蒜葱与辣椒碎, 放入鸡肉碎炒至变色后加入萝卜片拌炒一下。
2. 然后, 放入芹菜丝,调味料与豆干丝翻炒均匀即可。
Pan Fried Bean Curd and Celery with Ground Chicken
{Ingredients} Instant baked tofu (shredded), celery(shredded), ground chicken(marinate with some salt, soy sauce, rice wine and pepper for 15 mins), carrot (sliced), chopped red chili, garlic and shallot.
{Seasonings} Bean paste x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 1 tsp, Sichuan spicy noodle sauce x 1 tsp, sugar x ½ tsp, some pepper and sesame oil, water x 3 tbsp.
{Method}
1. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic, shallot and chili till fragrant, add in ground chicken to stir-fry till change color only add in sliced carrots and slightly stir fry.
2. Then, follow by add in shredded celery, seasonings and shredded tofu to continue stir-fry and mix well. Dish up.
