虾面的配料 |
简单又可以解馋的虾面 |
田师傅虾面
{材料} 田师傅即煮酱料一包, 猪骨/鸡骨一个(没有不放也可, 只是让汤头更入味而已!), 面条,水煮鸡蛋, 葱油酥,水煮青菜, 鸡肉片, 豆腐,金针菇,鱼豆腐。
{调味料} 酱油一茶匙,盐少许。(我们家经常料加多了,所以汤自然多了,得加点调味!)
{做法}
1. 根据田师傅虾面酱料理包的说明就可, 如果像我们家有加猪骨就直接在酱料与水搅拌均匀后加入, 煮滚后再用小火煮上45分钟。
2. 然后再把其它未煮过的材料如鸡肉片,豆腐,金针菇和鱼豆腐等放入再次煮滚即可。
Prawn Noodle with Tean’s Gourmet Paste
{Ingredients} Tean’s gourmet prawn noodle paste x 1 pack, pork/chicken bone (optional), noodles, hard boiled eggs, crispy shallots, boiled veggies, sliced chicken, tofu, enoki mushroom, fish tofu.
{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tsp, some salt (Optional as we always add too much ingredients, need to top up the taste!)
{Method}
1. Follow the cooking instructions as per package, if plan add in the bone just add after the sauce mixed with water and bring it to boil, turn to low heat and cook for 45 mins.
2. Then, add in others uncooked ingredients and bring it to boil again. Serve hot.
