万能酱炒豆干鸡肉片 Multipurpose Stir-Fry Sauce Beancurd with SlicedChicken

很久没分享“新”的万能拌炒酱料理啦, 因为懒人一个的我不断地重复煮之前已经与你们分享过的。我呀, 懒起来时真的都靠快手简易料理过活就心甘情愿的啦,呵呵!

万能酱炒豆干鸡肉片

{材料} 豆干一盒(洗净,切块状), 万能拌炒酱,鸡肉片(用米酒与酱油腌上5分钟),青葱丁适量

{调味料} 酱油1茶匙,盐与鸡粉少许

{做法}

1. 起油锅把豆干炸成金黄色备用。

2. 另一锅内烧热2大匙的油爆香万能拌炒酱,加入鸡肉片炒至变色。

3. 然后, 加入青葱丁拌炒一下后加入豆干与调味料炒至均匀即可。

Multipurpose Stir-Fry Sauce Bean Curd with Sliced Chicken

{Ingredients} Bean curd x 1 box (wash and cue into square shape), multipurpose stir-fry sauce, sliced chicken (marinate with some rice wine and soy sauce for 5 mins), some diced green onion.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tsp, some salt and chicken powder

{Method}

1. Heat up wok with oil to deep fry the bean curd till golden brown color and set aside.

2. Another wok fill with 2 tbsp oil to sauté multipurpose stir-fry sauce till fragrant, add in sliced chicken to cook till turn color.

3. Then, add in diced green onions to stir-fry a while only add in beancurd and seasonings continue stir-frying till well combined. Serve hot.
