天使周岁开始长牙的辅食品

看着她一口口吃下为她随意做出的辅食超有满足感!左上是杂蔬肉碎软面线汤,左下是红甜椒肉碎小米粥, 右上是牛油果米糊, 右中是水煮西兰花,右下是杂蔬小米加大米粥。
左上是香菇蒸蛋面线糊, 右上是菠菜水煮鸡蛋; 中间是蒸煮白色花椰菜,左下是杂蔬豆腐面线汤,右下也是面线汤。
左上是三文鱼杂蔬粥,左下是蒸梨米糊, 右上是木瓜软面线汤, 右下是三文鱼番茄粥。
她可以吃的辅食种类大致上都跟我们大同小异啦,总算轻松点了。不过,煮法还是一样就是水煮或蒸熟,要尽量避免加盐加糖或其它调味料,也尽量不煎和炸。

我喜欢用slow cooker熬粥或炖煮汤品配面线或pasta给她吃。

优格一两个月内会给她吃一吃,始终觉得偏甜。但是适量浅酌几次还行啦,育儿之路各种担心免不了的,呵呵!


开始弄些口感较扎实的辅食给她啦。左上豆腐萝卜番茄泥面线,右上豆腐杂蔬粥,中间是杂蔬肉碎面线汤,左下杂蔬面线,右下豆腐萝卜肉碎粥。
上是杂蔬三文鱼粥,下是南瓜粥。
偶尔还是会煎一煎三文鱼片给她吃的。她对三文鱼情有独钟,就是她挺捧场的动力让我坚持为她的辅食伤一伤脑筋。
上个月开始蒸煮软饭给她吃,香菇肉碎软饭。用一点橄榄油拌炒一下香菇和肉碎再放入洗净的大米里,蒸煮20-25分钟左右。水要比平常煮的饭多一些,就看要怎样的柔软度咯。

抬头一望竟是紫色玫瑰的装饰灯,怎能不舒服呢,呵呵。
价钱不算便宜,但就是普遍商场餐厅的中上价格,偶尔一试还是行的,人就是要活在当下!

位于Gurney Plaza new wing三楼的一人一锅日式火锅餐厅,餐厅装潢创新舒适,或许对冷系列色彩颇有好感的我很容易就接纳了吧。OK,这里虽然主打特色汤头的一人一锅,但是也有铁板烧和其它熟食料理。他们还有设置独家酱料吧台,此行匆匆,拿了酱料,机不在身过后就忘了拍下啦。

迫不及待地介绍是因为很难得吃得很是合心意,从饮料到主餐都棒棒的,应该会再去几次吧,此行肚子不太舒服不争气,所以没有尝试到牛奶麻辣汤底的特色火锅,一定要试一下,还有对粥底锅也有意思。目前没有加入会员的意思,因为年费30,虽然每月有特价精选食品,毕竟中等家庭的我们不会每餐都那么“奢华”吧,还是每月试一下不同的餐厅划算些。

说穿了,经济不好,日子一样得过。继续加油努力吧,偶尔放肆,餐餐吃得自在即可!

此家餐馆氛围不错,带着天使的我们虽然被安排在比较隐蔽的角落却享受着属于我们的空间。他家餐前免费的小菜很特别,那脆脆的饼配上独家Salsa酱真的是超级开胃啊。

Yelp果然好介绍,又是来到当地才利用手机软件搜寻的美食,还好每一次都不至于很失望,而且惊喜多着呢,呵呵。或许,我们都很有口福吧。三文鱼说真的就不怎么好吃,也许太过creamy了,腻得很。其它的都能称得上好滋味。

又到了爱惜自己的时间啦,再怎么懒偶尔还是得炖一炖汤来慰劳一下全年无休的煮妇!

当归红枣枸杞鸡汤

{材料} 鸡肉块6-8块(洗净血水,浸泡清水30分钟), 当归头2块,红枣7颗,枸杞适量。

{调味料} 盐适量。

{做法}

1. 取一深锅,注入八分满的清水,先放入当归头煮沸后再加入鸡肉块和红枣以小火炖上2小时。

2. 最后加入枸杞再炖20-30分钟即可,食用时调入盐调味。

Chicken Soup with Chinese Angelica, Red Dates and Goji Berries

{Ingredients} Chicken pieces 6-8pcs (wash and soaked in clear water for 30 mins), Chinese angelica x 2 pcs, red dates x 7, some goji berries.

{Seasonings} Some salt.

{Method}

1. Bring a deep pot of clear water that add in the Chinese angelica to boil , add in chicken pieces and red dates to stew under low heat for about 2 hours.

2. Lastly, add in the goji berries and stew for another 20-30 mins, add salt to taste when ready to serve.

拉面永远都能提起我的食欲,自驾旅游最爽的是可以随意找家顺路又合胃口的餐馆来解决一餐。他在旅游期间总是以我为中心点一直让我很感动,只要时间配合得刚好总会有惊喜的一餐。此家拉面对于我而言或许还不至于拍案叫绝,整体上合格的,反而是鸡绞肉饭让我为之一振,呵呵!

小鱼干高丽菜 Fried Anchovies Cabbage

跟朋友学的,用微波炉炸小鱼干或江鱼仔原来这么简单快捷,而且一定酥脆爽口哦!可惜是旧作之一,回国后,家里的微波炉正式退休啦,没得快手油炸咯,所以至今没几回炸小鱼干,不过炸了几次的江鱼仔,为的是磨成粉方便给小天使的辅食添些滋味!

小鱼干高丽菜

{材料} 高丽菜(洗净切丝), 萝卜丝,小鱼干,蒜碎。

{调味料} 蚝油1汤匙,盐和糖适量。

{做法}

1. 小鱼干放入微波炉可用的容器,把油倒入刚好盖过小鱼干即可,微波3分钟至酥脆(每一分钟搅拌一次,这样颜色更均匀。)如果没有微波炉或不想用,就直接小火油炸至金黄色咯。

2. 起油锅爆香蒜碎,加入萝卜丝炒一炒,再加入高丽菜丝和调味料。

3. 大火炒至高丽菜熟透即可,最后撒上小鱼干就搞定啦。

Fried Anchovies Cabbage

{Ingredients} Cabbage (Wash and shredded), shredded carrot, dried anchovies, chopped garlic.

{Seasonings} Oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, some salt and sugar.

{Method}

1. Put anchovies in microwave safe container pour in the oil just enough to cover the anchovies, microwave it for 3 mins or till the crispiness that you like. (Stirring every 1 min to ensure better outlook.) If do not wish to use microwave, just deep fry under stovetop till golden brown will do.

2. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic, add in shredded carrot, and follow by cabbage and seasonings.

3. Stir-frying under high heat till cabbage is cooked through, lastly sprinkle up the anchovies on top the serving plate and serve hot.

菇丁酱香蒸鱼片 Mushroom Soy Sauce Steamed Fish Fillets

菇丁酱香蒸鱼片

{材料} 香菇3朵(浸泡至软后切成丁状), 香菜叶(洗净用加了点油和盐的热水川烫一下备用), 鱼片2块(洗净,用一点盐,酸梅酱和胡椒粉腌30分钟),蒜碎1汤匙。

{调味料} 酱油1汤匙。

{做法}

1. 起3汤匙油锅爆香蒜碎后加入香菇丁炒至香,调入酱油呛锅后马上熄火。

2. 蒸锅上先把水煮开,把腌好的鱼片放入蒸盘后,淋上做法1的酱料。

3. 大火蒸上6-8分钟(看鱼片的厚度),熄火撒上香菜叶拌均即可。

Mushroom Soy Sauce Steamed Fish Fillets

{Ingredients} Mushroom x 3 (soaked until tender, diced), cilantro leaves (wash and blanch over hot water that add with some salt and oil, drain well and set aside), cat fish fillets x 2 (wash and marinate with some salt, plum sauce and pepper for 30 mins), chopped garlic x 1 tbsp.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tbsp

{Method}

1. Heat up 3 tbsp oil to sauté chopped garlic and mushroom till fragrant, season in the soy sauce and then off the heat.

2. Boiling the water in steamer under high heat, put the marinated fish fillets on the steamed dish, pour in the method 1 sauce.

3. Steam for 608 mins (depend on the thickness of the fillets), switch off the heat and sprinkle up the cilantro leaves and serve hot.

难得选了印度餐来解决当时我们的晚餐,主要是靠近酒店,而且天色也快暗了,有了天使的旅程随机应变之时也会遇到惊喜的。此家小餐馆虽然一切从简,但是大推它的Naan,很好吃,是现做的哟。其它的也不错就只是叮热的快餐咯。不过,印度咖喱从来不会让你失望的,该有的味道还是存在滴。

番茄玉米排骨汤 Tomatoes, Corn and Pork Ribs Soup

番茄玉米排骨汤

除了汤,还是汤,又是汤...呵呵。没法啦,为了方便快手,煲汤除了给出我很多时间陪伴她玩乐之外,最重要可以在没放调味料之前先行拿起一些给娃做蒸软饭的汤底啊!

番茄玉米排骨汤

{材料} 番茄2粒(用刀割出十字状,用热水川烫一下去皮切成块状),玉米2条(切成粒状), 排骨300克(用清水浸泡1小时或热水川烫3分钟飞沫),红枣5颗。

{调味料} 盐适量。

{做法}

1. 一大锅清水煮沸后把全部材料除了番茄放入中火煮45分钟。

2. 然后,加入番茄块再煮15分钟,调味即可食用。

Tomatoes, Corn and Pork Ribs Soup

{Ingredients} Tomato x 2(peel off skin with hot water, cut into bite sizes), corn x 2 (cut into pieces), pork ribs x 300g((soaked in water for 1 hour or just blanch over the boiling water for 3 mins), red dates x 5.

{Seasonings} Some salt.

{Method}

1. Boil a pot of water and put all ingredients except tomatoes to cook for 45 mins under medium heat.

2. Then, add in tomatoes to continue cook for another 15 mins, season with some salt and serve hot.
