马铃薯肉 |
{材料} 马铃薯3-5 粒(去皮切片), 瘦肉(切片), 蒜头x 2瓣(剁碎), 小葱头x 2 粒(剁碎)
{调味料} 蚝油1 大匙, 酱油1 大匙, 上汤1碗, 栗粉水2 大匙, 胡椒粉, 麻油, 绍兴酒与五香粉少许; 调成综合酱汁备用.
{做法}
1. 热油锅把蒜碎与葱碎爆香后, 加入肉片炒一会儿后, 放入马铃薯片炒匀.
2. 然后, 调入综合酱汁; 以慢火煮至马铃薯片软后即可.
Sweet potatoes pork
{Ingredients} Potato x 3-5(skinless and sliced), lean pork (sliced), garlic x 2 cloves (chopped), shallot x 2 (chopped)
{Seasonings} Oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, soya sauce x 1 tbsp, chicken stock x 1 bowl, corn flour solution x 2 tbsp, a little pepper , sesame oil, shaoxing wine and five spices powder; turn all into the mixed sauce in a bowl and set aside.
{Method}
1. Heat up oil, sauté chopped garlic and shallot till fragrant, add in lean pork slices and slightly stir fry, then put in potatoes slices to mix well.
2. Add in mixed sauce, stir fry over low heat till potatoes slices turn soft.
